By joining the wait-list or browsing the site you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you upload (e.g. avatar or channel ID). You give us a licence to display that content strictly inside your dashboard.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use TrendyEvents for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or artificially inflate any metrics

4. Acceptable Use Examples

TrendyEvents is designed for legitimate business and research purposes, such as:

• Market research and trend analysis
• Content strategy development
• Social media performance tracking
• Competitive analysis and benchmarking
• Audience behavior research

5. Service Limitations

Our service has the following limitations:

• Data updates may be delayed by up to 24 hours
• Analysis is limited to publicly available content
• API rate limits apply to prevent system abuse
• Some features may be restricted based on your subscription plan
• Historical data is limited to the last 12 months

3. Beta disclaimer

The product is in early developlment stage. Data accuracy is not guaranteed; please do not base critical business decisions solely on our metrics.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrendyEvents is not liable for any indirect losses or missed profits resulting from the use of the service.
